They can make your day with happiness . I am a traveller, in the Christmas holiday I went to Exeter, I make a plane to see Sidmouth, when I was on the way I saw this shop's signpost mentioned that cream tea, I am Asian and thought that cream tea means strong creamy milk tea they can serve me. After drive almost 4 miles, I decided to go back to this shop to test the cream tea . Free parking space, when I asked the beautiful lady about cream tea, she explained to me well . I decided why not try; I ordered scones, tea, chocolate brownies and lemon cake. With clotted cream and jam, oh! My God, I can't even think how tasty it was. Inside and out a lovely and friendly environment. The fully antique decorated shop you can feel that you are in 17-18 century house but fully equipped with warm and cosy sitting. I took some photos, you can see it. Before I leave, the owner of the shop informed me that it is a family-run business; they also make hand made furniture for shoppers. Who making plans to go, Devon or Exeter I would suggest to try their food. You would go back again and again

Such a cosy place with the open fire. Delicious coffee and mouth watering cakes. The carrot cake was incredible. Moist and fluffy. Very generous portions. The owners are extremely friendly and welcoming. Nothing’s too much. If you have guests, you must take them there.

One of my favourite cafes in our local area. Delicious cakes and coffee and the best scones! Friendly and welcoming staff. We celebrated my Mum and Dad's 45th anniversary there recently. I dropped off some bits to decorate the table and we had such a lovely morning. If you're in the area I can highly recommend. The outdoor seating area is lovely too.

What an absolutely delightful this place is on visiting for the first time today while on a short Devon break. The coffee lounge was beautiful, wonderful atmosphere with wood burner and incredible wooden surroundings, lovely friendly staff and great service and great food. A perfect place for lunch or coffee and cake and will definitely visit again when next in Devon which we visit often. Plus we even bought a recliner chair and stool on the way out which is being delivered to our home in Dorset!! A gem of a place, can't recommend it enough :-)

Just had a teacake and cappuccino in the lovely relaxing space of the Coffee Lounge.Nice and warm on this cold day with a fire centrally position.Interesting furniture for sale Very friendly owner and staff.Will be making return visits.

Fantastic service and beautiful product from Oak Barn Furnishings. I purchased the Hennow Hare Shelf Sitter which I had seen online. It's absolutely gorgeous. Even nicer than the photo"s on the website. Top quality item and one of the best Harrow Hares I have seen. Delivery was fast and item was well packed. Ordering over the phone was easy and Mike who dealt with my order was pleasant and friendly. Would definitely recommend buying from this small business. Just wish I lived nearer to visit the coffee shop and look round in person!
